SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed same day and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, such as sales and new drops, this may be subject to delays.

We offer various shipping rates to fit your fashion needs:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.

Customers who place orders with a PO box shipping address are automatically assuming responsibility for the successful delivery of their order. We are not responsible for any mis deliveries or unclaimed packages

If your package is lost, stolen or mis delivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the corresponding shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter outside of our control.

Please note that mistakes made on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information and link.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to Shopdesoleil1215@gmail.com

Customers have 30 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.

We DO NOT provide refunds.

All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.

De Soleil will not accept returns for bodysuits (jumpsuits and rompers are returnable and ARE NOT considered bodysuits), intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items. No store credit will be issued.

Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.

De Soleil is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.

Returns will only be processed once we receive the package.

De Soleil reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
